- All products will be shipped in 1-2 business days. For order over $75 (pretax) Congratulations! and Thank you. Yours will be shipped Free free free. Currently shipping is by UPS and all shipped items will include a tracking number.
- As we are just getting started here we are only able to ship to U.S. Addresses at this time. We hope to be able to fill the needs of our international customers in the future. Upon receiving paid orders shipping will take 1-2 business days and ship from our location via UPS. All items are shipped new unless they are vintage. These vintage items will describe any noted flaws in their description and will ship as-is. Please note that vintage items are not returnable. Everything we ship can be wrapped for a nominal fee. If you would like to have your item turned into an uber cool present with gift wrapping, please select your shipping method including gift wrapping in the order checkout. Items from one penny to $74.99 will ship as per the following easy to read table. Some oversized items may require additional shipping and this will be noted in the item description. Order from $75 and up you, my friend will be receiving free shipping, unless it is a sale item.

- You betchya. Whatever we gotta do to keep your stuff safe that you share with us we are on it! We dont particularly care for junk in the email so we will keep anything we send you to a minimum AND not share it with anyone else. AND, if you dont even want that just say the word. We process all credit card payments securely through Paypal, so you're information is sure to be safe.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you happen to have a shipping mishap or a return please contact us by phone at the store as soon as possible. We're sorry but we cannot be responsible for items that the carrier was unable to deliver by either missing address or multiple attempts to deliver. If we need to reship the item additional postage will be required. If you have a product that you would like to return it, please do not ship prior to authorization by us. Returns must be received in the same good condition that they were shipped.

- Wishbone is a retail store first and foremost. We have a location in somewhat sunny San Francisco. We are open 7 days a week on most weeks, and our normal hours are 11:30-7:00pm daily, Wednesday 1 pm - 6 pm, and Sunday from 11:30 am - 6:00 pm. View Map
